Order Process
Order forms are filled out, for Cash Flow 1/2 down is collected, into your bank account, and the rough design forms are sent to the Power Graphic's offices. The Visual Concept Systems' team starts on the design work and marketing research. You have the option of our designers communicating directly with your clients, or you can request managing the process and forwarding information to the client. Once the client approves the work the products can be produced and shipped directly to the client or your store for the client to pick up. When the client picks up the products the balance owed is received. We have suggested retail prices but as your subcontractor we, Power Graphics, Inc. have no control over pricing or profit margins you want to make. You'll find the margins we have set up are quite attractive. Once you become a member of VCS and start using the Power Graphics services you'll have full access to suppliers and incredibly low direct wholesale pricing.
